- Mango (use organic mango if not in season)
- Green Onions
- Sea Salt
Cut cucumber, mango, and tomatos into dices. Put into a bowl. Chop green onions and mix together. Sprinkle some sea salt to taste. This you can use to top any of your poultry, fishes, salads, or even just enjoy by itself as a healthy snack or side dish. Sweet & Delish. ENJOY!
