Salmon Fusion Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Salmon Fillets
  • bean sprouts
  • cherry tomatoes
  • minced garlic
  • green tomatoes
  • wild rice blend rice or brown rice
  • Raw Honey
  • Half lemon – Half lime
  • Liquid Aminos
  • Citrus Champagne Vinegar (alternative Braggs ACV)
  • Iceberg lettuce

Get creative with what you have. Lettuce wraps are a great healthy alternative than your typical tacos or even fajitas. Pierce salmon and squeeze lemon on top, season with pepper and sea salt and squeeze some raw honey on top for added sweet taste. Pan fry for about 5-6 minutes or until salmon is cooked at your desired taste (I like mine well done). In a separate pot, boil 1 cup water and put 1/2 cup of rice until done. In a separate bowl, mix 1/8 of Braggs Liquid Aminos, squeeze 1/2 lemon and 1/2 lime and 2 tbsp of Citrus Champagne Vinegar or ACV, toss chopped green onions in and stir. Once salmon and rice is ready, place lettuce on your plate on spread the rice down first, then some pieces of bean sprouts, place Salmon fillets on top, place some cut grape tomatoes, sprinkle minced garlic, and top with a few teaspoons of Lemon-lime sauce. FOLD, EAT, ENJOY! Perfect tapas meal for any get-together, or small gatherings too. My friends love it!
