Tuna Salad Deluxe




  • Baby Spinach
  • Red Onions
  • Green Onions
  • Mushrooms
  • Lemon Juice
  • Hass Avocado
  • Roman Tomatoes
  • Tuna
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Sriracha Chili Sauce

This salad is perfect to have during POST WORKOUT or an intense day.  Restoring muscles and energy all in one.  Sautee’ spinach with extra virgin olive oil with green onions, red onions, mushrooms. On side, cut into quarter halves both Roman tomatoes and Hass Avocados.  Heat tuna in skillet with a little dash of olive oil for about 5 minutes or until hot, sprinkle some pepper.  On plate, place prepared spinach salad first, put tuna on top, squeeze lemon juice last.  Take the tomatoes and avocados and place in a circular formation around salad as pictured and sprinkle sea salt on all.  Lastly, drizzle or pour Sriracha over mainly the avocados and tuna for added spice.  This kicks in your metabolism. INDULDGE in satisfaction!

TOTAL PREP TIME: 8 minutes TOTAL COOK TIME: (4-5 minutes) for Tuna
